Whispers of the Ripple

Nick the crocodile was basking on the sunny riverbank, his shiny green tail wagging with happiness. Beside him sat Jess the turtle, her shell sparkling as the sunlight danced on it. They were waiting for their friend Madi the monkey, who promised to bring a delicious fruit snack for their picnic.

Madi arrived swinging from the branches, her arms full of bright yellow bananas. "Guess what I saw?" she exclaimed, her eyes wide with excitement. Nick and Jess leaned in closer. Madi pointed toward the river and whispered, "A dolphin! It was jumping and flipping like it was trying to tell me something!"

Before they could ask more, a cheerful splash interrupted them. There, in the middle of the river, was a sleek dolphin, smiling and waving its tail. "Come closer!" the dolphin called. Nick, Jess, and Madi looked at each other, unsure but curious. What could this friendly dolphin want?
